The DESIRE Framework & PHASE
The DESIRE Eurocluster project helps technical SMEs access the European eHealth and Digital Health Market.
PHASE builds on this resilience framework and covers the entire drug lifecycle. It spans early clinical trials through post-marketing registries. Key adverse event processes are automated to boost reporting reliability.
Efficiency & Market Evolution
Platform automation reduces validation errors, lowers costs, and cuts the operational carbon footprint.
This makes advanced safety tools viable for smaller enterprises, opening critical software to the wider pharmaceutical market.
This model also strengthens European self-reliance in clinical monitoring. It is designed to expand service exports into global markets beyond Europe.
AI Prototype Objectives
At the end of the PHASE project, ITClinical will deliver an AI prototype at Technology Readiness Level 3 (TRL3). This module will power our Bibliovigilance platform. It will give users advanced ADE text-parsing, classification, and automatic risk evaluation.
